When are we open?
Glass Anchor Tattoo is open on Tuesday-Saturdays, 1-8 PM for walk-ins.
How much is a tattoo?
It is difficult to price a tattoo without knowing size, style, location, and the specific artist you would like to work with. An exact price can be identified by working directly with an artist for a consultation. The shop minimum for small tattoos is $80, and we have a deal on walk-in Wednesdays for $60 for small tattoos.
How should I prepare for a tattoo?
Stay hydrated, eat a large meal before coming in, and dress in comfortable clothes that allow easy access to the location of the tattoo. We will handle the rest!
What do I need to bring?
If you are over 18, a state ID or passport is needed for our documentation. If you are bringing a minor (16-18), we will need the legal guardian's ID, an ID for the child, a birth certificate, or other legal documents proving the relationship. The guardian must be present for the entirity of any tattoos on a minor.
Is numbing cream allowed?
The state of Michigan does not allow us to provide numbing cream. In the case that a doctor's note can be provided along with numbing cream, it may be applied.
